From a fresh install to your first delivered order, including the account setup most guides skip, which decides whether your task account survives the first week.

This walkthrough follows the flow the developer describes for Top Follow 8.4.6. Menu names can move slightly between versions. If a button isn't exactly where we say, look for the same word nearby.

First, decide which accounts do what

Task account (does follows and likes, earns coins): a secondary account you can afford to lose.
Target account (receives the order): any username, entered by hand. It never needs to sign in to Top Follow.

Step 1: Prepare a task account

Most people skip this step and are then surprised when the account gets blocked after an hour. The developer's own advice, plus a little common sense:

  • Create the account in the official Instagram app, preferably with a phone number.
  • Add a profile photo, a name and a bio.
  • Publish at least 5 posts, and a story if you can.
  • Use it normally for a day or two (scroll, like a few things) before connecting it.
  • Sign in to it once on the official Instagram app on the same phone, so Instagram recognises the device.

Step 2: Install and sign in

  1. Install 8.4.6

Get it from our download page (links to the developer's file) and install it. Remove any older mod copy first.

  2. Tap "Sign in with Instagram"

Read and accept the privacy policy prompt. Instagram's login page opens inside the app.

  3. Enter the task account's username and password

Not your main account. If Instagram asks for a code or "Was this you?", confirm it in the official Instagram app, then return.

  4. Allow notifications

On Android 13 and later you'll be asked. Allow it if you want to see when the auto bot is running.

Step 3: Collect coins

  1. Open Tasks

Choose the action type you want to earn with (for example follow or like), and switch on the accounts that should collect coins.

  2. Turn on anti-block

It slows the pace of actions to make blocks less likely. It costs some speed but saves the account.

  3. Press Start

Coins go up as actions complete. You can do actions manually, or let the auto bot continue in the background. That's the notification you'll see.

  4. Stop at around 100 actions an hour

That's the developer's own ceiling. If Instagram shows "Try again later", stop for 24–48 hours.

Earning faster, gems, daily gifts and gift codes are covered in Top Follow coins.

Step 4: Order followers

  1. Open the Followers section

Enter the username you want to grow in the box and tap OK.

  2. Select the right account

Check the profile picture. Similar usernames are common.

  3. Pick a package and pay

Choose an amount, then pay with coins or gems. The order goes into other users' task lists.

Step 5: Order likes, comments or story views

  1. Make the target account public

Like and comment orders need the posts to be visible. Private accounts won't receive them.

  2. Open Posts and choose a post

A dialog asks what kind of order you want: likes or comments.

  3. For story views

Order while the story is live. It expires after 24 hours, and so does the point of the order.

Step 6: Track your orders

Tap the gear icon at the top and open History. Each order shows its progress. Delivery speed depends on how many users are online doing tasks, so it can slow down at quiet times of day.

Expect some unfollows

People who followed you for coins sometimes unfollow later, and Instagram removes some follows itself. Ordering a little more than you need, spread over several days, gives a steadier result than one large order.

A sensible daily routine

WhenDoAvoid
MorningClaim any daily gift; run tasks for 30–45 minutes with anti-block onRunning several task accounts on the same phone at once
MiddayPost a story or like a few posts manually on the task accountLeaving the auto bot running all day
EveningPlace one moderate order, then check History the next dayHuge overnight orders on your main account

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to log in with the account I want followers on?

No. You sign in with a task account to earn coins, and type the target username when you order. Keeping your main account out of the app is the single best way to protect it.

Can I add more than one account to Top Follow?

Yes. The app supports several accounts, and you choose which ones collect coins in Tasks. Running many at once from one phone makes blocks more likely, so keep it to one or two.

Why can't I order likes on my post?

Like and comment orders only work on public accounts. Switch the target account to public in Instagram's privacy settings, then try again.

How long do Top Follow orders take?

Small orders often start within minutes. Larger ones can take hours, because they depend on how many other users are doing tasks at the time. Check progress under the gear icon › History.
